The PREVENT Program

PREVENT is a six-week program designed to reduce the risk of future concussion. It is open to any patient who has completed rehabilitation and wants to take a proactive approach to their long-term health.

Who we see
Patients with acute sport concussions, prolonged recovery, or post-concussion syndrome. A referral is not needed. Speak to your clinician or our front desk on discharge to get booked in.
